There can only be one.

I started The Staffing Specialist at a point in my career where I had already achieved everything I thought I wanted.

I had built and sold two companies, worked with top executives including Jack and Suzy Welch, found success in an industry I loved, and could have continued on that path. Instead, I made a different decision.

I wanted to get back to the ground floor, inside a company, where I could just be a recruiter. Not a CEO, not removed from the work. Just a recruiter. Okay, maybe "the recruiter."

What I didn't expect was what came next. I found a completely new level of energy, purpose, and love for what I do.

"When I partner with a company, I'm all in. I want to feel like the company is mine, because that's when the work is at its best."

I don't operate on contingency. I don't believe in retained search models where there's distance from the outcome. When you get that version of me, you get a recruiter who will not stop until the role is filled — and filled with someone who makes the company better.
